It’s as easy as A, B, C. 

Subscribe to our mailing list, receive regular investment opportunities, contact us when you see one you like and you’re ready to move.

Always follow the instructions provided on the email to provide efficient communication when reserving a deal.


·       Once you have received the email and like the look of the property, get in touch straight away following the instructions given on the email.

·       Then we will arrange to have a phone call with you to discuss the property details and answer any questions you might have.

·       If you decide after this that you do want to proceed, we will send over Terms of sale and an invoice for the finder's fee.

·       With the fee secured and Terms of Sale signed, we then arrange another call to disclose full property details. No full address will be given until after this stage.

·       Having discussed terms with yourself and given the green light to proceed, we then instruct the selling agents who the buyer is via email.

·       The selling agent will then contact you with a request for documents and information required as part of the purchasing process who in turn will then look to instruct solicitors.

·       Property is marked SSTC

·       The purchase process goes through as a normal sale

·       We then take a step backwards and let you deal directly with the agent


We are on hand to assist with any issues which may arise throughout the sale process up to completion.
